Welcome to Mantra Resources Limited

Mantra Resources is an emerging uranium company and dual listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (“MRU”) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (“MRL”).

The Company’s flagship project is the Nyota Prospect, part of the Mkuju River Project in southern Tanzania, which has a Mineral Resource of 101.4 million pounds U3O8 (65% Measured and Indicated).  A Definitive Feasibility Study is underway and is nearing completion.

TRANSACTION WITH ARMZ
In December, Mantra announced it has entered into a Scheme Implementation Agreement under which ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. (JSC Atomredmetzoloto) (“ARMZ”) will acquire all of the issued share capital in Mantra by way of a Board recommended Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) under the Australian Corporations Act a Scheme of Arrangement. 

Under the Scheme, Mantra shareholders will receive A$6.87 in cash for every Mantra share they own (“Scheme Consideration”); and a dividend of A$0.15 for every Mantra share they own as at the Record Date under the Scheme (“Special Dividend”).
